Old floor boards are in very good condition so I have decided to keep them and get them sanded and polished. I think this will give the kitchen the 'organic' look I would like.

The old servery and fireplace. The servery will be closed up and the fireplace demolished to allow better use of space.
Ah, the old pine ceiling soon to be gone. Soon this will be just a memory...
